This policy allows us to better utilize available appointments for our clients. When booking for your appointment, you will be asked to pay a 15$ DEPOSIT that will be credited towards your service/s. You will be given a 15 minute grace period. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be canceled and be considered a no-show and you will be charged 50% of the service. To respect appointment availability, a cancellation fee will be applied after the second cancellation made within 24 hours of the appointment time. All deposits are non-refundable and apply only to the originally booked service. Deposits cannot be transferred to a different service. Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance may transfer the deposit one time to the same service if the new appointment is scheduled within 30 days. Guests allowed (<2) We also ask that if you are driving to your appointments that you park on the street (not blocking any driveways) or in our driveway. Please try to avoid or minimize caffeine/stimulants or any eye-makeup before your appointment. For after hours please DM me or message on 9494249235 to discuss further.
