Cancellation Policy
This policy allows us to better utilize available appointments for our clients.
When booking for your appointment, you will be asked to pay a 15$ DEPOSIT that will be credited towards your service/s.
You will be given a 15 minute grace period. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be canceled and be considered a no-show and you will be charged 30% of the service.
Deposits are non-refundable.
Guests allowed (<2) We also ask that if you are driving to your appointments that you park on the street (not blocking any driveways) or in our driveway.
Please try to avoid or minimize caffeine/stimulants or any eye-makeup before your appointment.
